Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) has the honor to inform Excellencies, Lok Chum Teav, Oknha, Ladies and Gentlemen, and the public that in accordance with Telecommunication Law, all individuals are Khmer citizens or citizens. Foreign nationals wishing to fulfill telecommunication operations in the Kingdom of Cambodia, as specified in Point “គ” Article 15 of this Law, shall submit their Letter of authorization from TRC. Therefore, in order to increase the convenience of applicants, Please be advised of the following procedures and requirements:
